Privacy information

Updated 13 October 2026.

We store account details, submissions, photos, consent records and pledges to operate the animal welfare platform. Passwords are hashed. Login uses an essential secure session cookie.

Approved profile descriptions and photos may be public. Contact details, registration information, medical notes and exact rescue locations are restricted to the submitting account and platform administrators. Reports about animals are private.

Interest registration details are saved for the administrator to review. Pledges record intent only; the platform does not collect money or card details. Photos are resized and converted to WebP to remove metadata.

No AI matching or model training currently runs on uploads. There are no third-party analytics cookies. Fonts on the landing page load from Google Fonts; stream and partner links open external sites with their own privacy policies.

Use your dashboard to archive records or cancel pledges. To request access, correction or deletion of your account and personal data, contact the platform owner at amrish@seunarain.co.za. Administrators review requests; the platform does not claim a legal retention schedule that has not yet been agreed.
